Position Overview

Digital Risk is aggressively seeking a document capture analyst who demonstrates a desire to grow, performs well under pressure, and can work with minimal supervision. A successful candidate must be detail-oriented, highly organized, able to learn a new scope, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment meeting service level deadlines each and every day.

Essential Job Functions

 Identify and capture the correct mortgage documents for the scope

 Compare key data elements for accuracy on mortgage documents

 Compile documents into a package to be saved in DR’s document management system

 Enter data into DR’s proprietary system

 Perform all work functions speed and accuracy as needed to meet quantity and quality requirements

Requirements

 Strong PC, typing, and technical skills required

 Strong work ethic and flexibility in a fast paced environment

 Must be 18 or older

 High school diploma will be required

 Minimum one year document and data capture or related experience

 Candidates must pass drug screening and background checks

 Candidates must be okay to work rotational and US night shifts.(24/7)

Other Skills/Abilities

 1+ year experience working with mortgage origination and closing documents, with the ability to correctly identify pertinent documents for securitization, as well as comparing data elements for accuracy

 Preferred knowledge of US mortgage regulatory requirements relating particularly to FHA/VA/USDA

 Physical Demands

 Office setting which includes long periods of sitting, typing, reading from a computer screen, communicating verbally and in writing with co-workers via phone or face-to-face

 Indoors, normal office environment
