- Cluster manager will responsible for overseeing several customers and manage operations within the assigned location.
- Responsible for handling team, train them and to enable them to handle the ops effectively, monitor and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for assets assigned to him/her for the operations.
- Maintain day to day operational data and MIS
- Experience of at least 5 years in managing operations in hyper growth start-ups of FMCG, e-commerce, express logistics and last mile logistics.
- Experience in stakeholder management, Team management and customer relationship management.
- Experience in managing and training a team, involving knowledge of best practice, workflows and procedure for on ground teams.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work in fast paced dynamic environment.
- Minimum graduation in any discipline.
- Knowledge on local language is desirable.Roles & Responsibilities:

- Maintain cash handling from the drivers and deposit to the company's account on a daily basis without fail.
- To maintain the assets allotted to the drivers who are assigned to the executives.
- Experience in stakeholder management, Team management and customer relationship management.
- Experience in managing and training a team, involving knowledge of best practice, workflows and procedure for on ground teams.
- Excellent communication, analytical skills, people management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in fast paced dynamic environment.
- Minimum graduation in any discipline.
- Knowledge on local language is desirable.
