Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to engage high-value accounts.
  • Work closely with the ABM Manager to understand the strategies and implement them accordingly
  • Leverage multi-channel outreach methods, including email campaigns, LinkedIn, cold calls, and other innovative tactics, to prospect effectively.
  • Conduct in-depth research to pre-qualify prospects, ensuring alignment with target accounts and Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure a 360 approach
  • Work with the ABM Manager and Marketing to create and deliver highly personalized messaging to engage prospects and drive meaningful conversations.
  • Secure qualified demo meetings to maximize Zinrelo’s sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities in the CRM system and generate regular performance reports.
  • Continuously refine outreach strategies by analyzing campaign results and feedback.
  • Achieve or exceed key performance metrics, including quality of outreach, extent of personalization, volume, meeting conversions, and demo targets.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field from a reputable university.
  • 5-8 years of experience in sales development, preferably in a SaaS environment with ABM expertise.
  • Proficient in handling rebuttals, objection handling, and driving results in lead generation and appointment setting.
  • Strong knowledge of outbound sales processes and ABM strategies.
  • Adept at conducting research and tailoring all communication in a relevant, contextual and personalized manner
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Fresh Sales, HubSpot), sales engagement platforms, and marketing automation and lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach.io, Seamless, ZoomInfo, etc.)
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to craft tailored and impactful messaging.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at time management.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and results-driven with a proven track record of meeting targets.
  • Willingness to work rotational shifts covering USA, UK, and APAC regions, as per business requirements.
