Work with us

  • Lead and manage IT change initiatives across the organization.
  • Develop and implement IT change management strategies and plans.
  • Communicate IT change plans and updates to stakeholders effectively.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of IT change initiatives.
  • Provide support and guidance to employees during the transition period.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proven experience in IT change management or project management.
  • Relevant educational background, such as a degree in information technology, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in using IT change management software and tools.


Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in one or more of the following areas will be an advantage:
  • IT change management
  • Project management
  • Business process improvement
  • Stakeholder management
  • Risk management
  • Agile methodologies
  • Change management software and tools


Education and Work Experience:

  • A bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration, or a related field is required. A master’s degree or relevant certifications in change management or project management is preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing change initiatives within an IT environment, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Experience in developing and implementing change management strategies and plans.
  • Familiarity with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
