Position: Relationship Manager

L&T SuFin is a B2B Ecommerce Platform which will leverage L&T’s deep knowledge and capabilities in Procurement (through its huge volume of annual procurement) and Logistics, Financing, and IT solutions. This platform is essentially a digital marketplace for SME buyers and sellers (mainly focused on construction and industrial products & services) to connect in an efficient manner, thereby enabling sellers to expand their sales reach, and for buyers to find required products and services at optimal cost and quality.

Desired Profile

  • Position Type: On company rolls
  • Qualification: MBA Marketing (Preferred)
  • Work Location: As per the location aligned for the job role
  • Experience: 5-10 years post qualification preferably in B2B segment
  • Stable career record.
  • Preferred Candidates from Indiamart/Justdial/E-commerce (Moglix, Udaan, Industry buying)/ Electrical/Consumer durable industry and handling electrical contractor/ retailors/Builders can also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generating sales lead through various mediums and end to end execution of orders.
  • Driving Customer Onboarding and creating a member profile (Buyer/Seller)
  • Responsible for driving business development in the region through product and finance sales.
  • Play an instrumental role in generating institutional & B2R sales.
  • Closing sales calls registration by selling the Portal, subscription and promotions
  • Good Understanding of customer need and the requirement
  • Maintain and expand database of prospective with the assigned territory
  • Perform effective online installation and registration demos to prospects.
  • Onboard clients with the clear account plan highlighting the revenue potential.
  • Partnering with external stakeholders for smooth functioning.
  • To create awareness about the portal subscription plan and paid services

Key Competencies

  • Good communication & presentation skills
  • Strong Business acumen.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office & CRM Module
