We are seeking an experienced and synamic business / operation head to lead our staffing company's growth and success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in staffing., business development and operations management. The role involves driving business growth, developing teams and ensuring expectational strategies , leading high performing teams and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Job Description :

* Develop and Executive business plan

*Lead Cross fuctional tearms

*Identify new business opportunities

*Manage P&L, budgets, and forecasts

* Build and maintain client relationships

* Oversee daily operation activities including recruitment, staffing and payroll management

* Collaborate with Sr. leadership to achieve company goals and objectives 

Requirements :

* 8+ yrs of experience in Staffing ,Recruitment, Labour contract & HR Servcices

* Experience in Payroll process & HR Compliances

* Proven track record of driving business growth and leading high performing teams

* Experience in NAPS/ NATS will be preferred.

* Excellent communication , leadership, and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work in a fast- paced environment and adapt to changing priorities  

* Strong analytical and problem solving skill

* MBA / HR , or related field
