Business Development/ Sales Executive Internship in Ahmedabad (Hybrid)

We are looking for Business Development Interns to acquire as many customers as possible through various offline marketing techniques. This on-ground role will focus on driving platform growth by directly engaging with corporates, apartment communities, sports clubs, and event participants. You will actively promote Pi Play by organizing activations, cold calling, pitching packages, and executing tournaments to increase customer registrations and bookings. This role is perfect for individuals with a sales or offline growth marketing background who have excellent communication skills and confident body language.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Customer acquisition: Engage with corporate clients, pitch packages, and onboard them for team-building activities. Conduct apartment activations and community outreach programs to drive bookings and new registrations. Organize events and tournaments to promote the platform and increase engagement. Conduct cold calling and on-site visits to sports clubs to establish partnerships and acquire customers.
• Offline marketing campaigns: Plan and execute various on-ground activations to grow the customer base. Distribute promotional materials, such as vouchers and flyers, to attract new users. Monitor and report the effectiveness of offline campaigns, refining strategies to achieve better results.
• Relationship management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clubs, apartment associations, and corporate HR teams. Actively engage with potential customers during events and activations to understand their needs.
