The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 Months of relevant experience, with strong team management skills. The primary responsibility will be to drive business growth through effective sales and marketing strategies. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can contribute to the expansion of our chess school.

The salary for this position is in the range of 3.6-5.4 LPA (Lakhs Per Annum), commensurate with experience and skills. Incentives also providing.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the chess school.
- Identify and pursue business opportunities to expand the reach of the school.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve collective goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, schools, and other potential partners.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance to senior management.
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Manage a team of 8-10 BDEs
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in business development, preferably in the education sector.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong team management and leadership skills is mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Laptop and proficiency in using relevant software and tools.
- Ability to work Monday to Saturday.
