HR & Sales activities including communication, profiling , emailing, recruiting and lead management.
Ctc
OJT Stipend - 15,000 for 30 days (first month training period) + 2500 Incentive per Hiring.
After OJT - 5 LPA to 7 LPA (Fixed) + 3LPA (Variable)
Work Schedule: Timing - 11 AM to 8 PM (Monday to Friday)
Weekly Off - Weekend (Saturdays & Sundays)
