We are looking for a Business Development Junior with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team at Alian Software. As a Business Development Junior, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our client base. This is a full-time position based in Anand, Gujarat, India.
Qualifications And Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the IT services industry
- Proven track record in lead generation and achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of IT sales and international sales
- Experience in online bidding platforms
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Familiarity with B2B sales
- Passionate about technology and the IT industry
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
- Identify new business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends
- Generate leads and drive sales to achieve monthly targets
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and providing solutions
- Execute the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals
- Conduct market research to identify potential areas for business growth
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure successful project delivery
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
