Responsibilities
- Design and implement Oracle EPM Cloud solutions to meet business requirements.
- Provide technical expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM to optimize HR processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for all implemented solutions.
- Ensure solutions are scalable secure and aligned with industry best practices.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Lead the integration of Oracle EPM Cloud with other enterprise systems.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of implemented solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Oracle technologies and incorporate them into solutions.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
- Possess a strong understanding of Oracle EPM Cloud and its various modules.
- Demonstrate expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM and its integration capabilities.
- Have a proven track record of designing and implementing complex Oracle solutions.
- Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Show excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Be proficient in creating and maintaining technical documentation.
- Display a commitment to staying current with industry trends and advancements.
- Have experience in conducting system audits and performance tuning.
- Be capable of providing training and support to end-users.
- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Show a strong understanding of security best practices in Oracle environments.
- Have experience in participating in code reviews and maintaining high-quality standards.
