- Ensure monthly target achievement set by management.
- Maintain 95% OTD/OTA compliance.
- Visit all local offices monthly and route offices quarterly.
- Support all agents to meet their monthly targets and address the grievances.
- Drive a minimum 10% business growth each month.
- Facilitate periodic visits by representatives/auditors to all zonal offices.
- Expand the network by establishing new agencies with suitable agents in potential areas.
- Ensure timely submission of customer invoices/PODs and secure payments per agreements.
- Remit DCCS collections and send DCCS to the DO the following day.
- Review account customer business and address grievances monthly.
- Ensure smooth yard operations with adequate manpower
- Review route operations and adjust as needed based on requirements.
- Conduct periodic meetings with agents and staff to review performance and resolve issues.
- Establish reliable vendors under our terms for operations.
- Optimize load capacity for all route/local vehicles.
- Liaise with government officials.
- Maintain fuel efficiency as per company standards.
- Ensure breakdown-free operations.
