BIM Modeler - MEP

We specialize in Mechanical, Electrical and Piping (MEP) advisory, design and engineering particularly for mission critical and high-tech building systems and industrial facilities. Our team in Mumbai is looking for BIM Modeler/Coordinator/Manager for Data Centers to lead our design and engineering teams and to drive the growth of our business in India.

• Generate complete Mechanical, or Plumbing drawings/plans in Revit with minimal Engineer supervision for use in project.
• Utility Generation & Distribution P&IDs
• Piping Layout drawings
• Isometric drawingsElectrical:- Cable Tray layouts, Lighting layout, Power Socket lay out, SLD, Earthing layout, Fire Alarm, Data, Access ControlInstrumentation:- Cable Tray Layouts, Hook-up Drawings, Instrument location layout, JB Location layout, System architecture- Air Flow Diagrams- Reflected ceiling plan- Ducting Layout
• Generate complete Combined Services Drawing
• Ensure all drawings and records are updated, controlled and in placed throughout duration of project.
• Works with our clients during pre-construction phase to build the 3D models, 2D Shop Drawings, As Built and Submittal drawings.
• Calculate/design pipe sizing/pipe routing
• Coordinate and work closely with other engineers and draftspersons.
• Provide regular status updates to Superiors/Principal
• Continuously undertake to improve and update technical skills through self-study and/or formal course work.
• Assist in the general day-to-day operational activities and perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
  
  

Requirements -

• Diploma / ITI in Mechanical engineering
• Min. 2-3 years related working experience as BIM (Revit).
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English Language. Able to communicate other office colleagues globally.
• Able to use BIM (Revit), AutoCAD, Naviswork, BIM360 and other related software.
• Must have knowledge of identifying and solving clashes.
• Able to carry out drafting work. Those with design experience will be an advantage
• Must be self-initiative, discipline, punctual and hardworking.
• Willing to work beyond regular hours when necessary, to meet deadlines and/or when requested
