About Client: Manufacturing into Pharmaceutical Healthcare

Position: Asst Manager - Purchase

Location: Navi Mumbai

Reporting To: Operation Director

Criteria

• Graduation in any field
• 5 years experience in Purchase, preferably from dental or pharma industry
  
  

Technical Skill Set:

• Strong hands-on experience of using MS Office and Tally.
• Strong communication and negotiation Skills.
• Stakeholders' management.
• Knowledge of ISO and similar standards.
  
  

Job Responsibilities:

• Planning & implementing procurement strategies.
• Responsible for managing supplier relationships and negotiating prices, contracts with key suppliers at a senior and strategic level Domestic & Import.
• Vendor's identification and development which includes negotiation, development of blanket agreement with supplier and engage in all aspects of contract management.
• Issuance of purchase order to supplier and receipt of order confirmation from supplier.
• Close collaboration with Company Subsidiaries / internal departments to match requirements (both quality & specification) and delivery schedules.
• Ensure effective implementation of ISO standards and efficient handling of audit activities.
• Data management & analysis for data driven decision making.
• Communication and negotiation with vendors.
