Razorpay is building a new-age digital banking hub (Neobank) for businesses in India with the mission is to enable frictionless banking and payments experiences for businesses of all shapes and sizes. We are a full-stack financial services organisation, committed to helping Indian businesses with comprehensive and innovative payment and business banking solutions built over robust technology to address the entire length and breadth of the payment and banking journey for any business. Over the past year, we've disbursed loans worth millions of dollars in loans to thousands of businesses. In parallel, Razorpay is reimagining how businesses manage money by simplifying business banking (via Razorpay X) and enabling capital availability for businesses (via Razorpay Capital).

Key Roles And Responsibilities
- Act as a primary POC for all new RazorpayX Payroll prospects coming through various inbound lead sources
- Should clearly understand all client requirements over the phone/email and propose a suitable solution using Razorpay products and services and direct the client to a Core-Sales POC
- Build, maintain and forecast a healthy Sales qualified lead pipeline.
- Maintain positive client relationships and drive new acquisitions
- Ensure maximum conversion rates on various inbound lead channels
- Should have the ability to cross-sell and up-sell clients as and when required
- Use sales tools effectively and drive maximum efficiency
- Work with other cross-functional teams as and when required.
- Achieve pre-sales targets of driving maximum qualifications consistently.
- Understand and work towards teams/organizations objectives
- 1 -2 years of pre-sales/sales experience
- Strong communication skills, oral & written
- Proven experience in customer facing roles
- Self motivated and result oriented personality
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers
- Hardworking with a strong work ethic.
- Should know how to use basic sales tools.
- Basic knowledge of sales CRM tools (Salesforce) would be an advantage
