Job description
- Support head of planning to finalize the monthly OTB plans.
- Work with cross functional teams and brands for timely delivery of quarterly plans and AOP.
- Coordinate with brand teams for various data points availability and its reconciliation
- Track sales, inventory, production, sourcing plan vs actual. Highlight and resolve issues.
- Coordinate with tech team for data reconciliation, new reports and dashboard creation.
- Any other responsibility coming over the course to support the planning function.
Key Skills:
- Highly data driven and ability to present meaningful insights using the large data
- Should be able to deal with huge ambiguous data sets coming from different external and internal systems.
- Ability to influence and negotiate with different internal and external stakeholders
- Detail oriented, ability to think out of box and propose solution for complex problems.
- Must be good with MS Excel.
