Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field. Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar role, with a focus on transformation, AI, machine learning, SQL, Azure, Angular, CAT modeling, and analytics. Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and the new emerging technologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Source and attract candidates with expertise in Domain Specific transformation, AI, machine learning, SQL, Azure, Angular, CAT modeling, and analytics through various channels including job portals, social media, and professional networks. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and extending offers. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment progress. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings in critical technical areas.
