About The Role - Data Quality Associate
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Data Management & Processing
- Data Management & process HCP data by verifying and cross-checking information for accuracy and
- To identify data inconsistencies, missing information, and discrepancies.
- Engage in data cleansing efforts by standardizing and formatting data according to organizational
- Validate data inputs from various sources to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Work closely with the other teams & departments to identify and understand data needs and work
- Participate in training sessions to build knowledge in data quality and best
- Suggest process improvements for data entry, validation, and quality control to enhance data quality.
- Expertise in MS EXCEL
- Expertise in using online research tools (LinkedIn, Google Search Techniques)
- Excellent communication in English
- 1 to 2 years in performing duties mentioned in the Job Summary
- Exposure in Healthcare Domain will be an added advantage
- Graduation in Computer Application OR Computer Science.
- Certificate in MSEXCEL, Google Search Techniques will be an added advantage.
