GDS Ops Digital Transformation Team-Associate

The opportunity

The role entails working within the GDS Ops teams, and the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation initiatives for operations. This position requires excellent coordination skills to work effectively with key internal and external stakeholders.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Contribute in conceptualization, planning, and execution of programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Support the implementation of digital initiatives and strategies to improve business processes, enhance customer experience, and drive innovation.
• Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to evaluate operational data, discern trends, and formulate actionable insights.
• Assist in the analysis of business processes and identification of opportunities for improvement through digital solutions.
• Build and maintain robust relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of program objectives and developments.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for the leadership team
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across GDS India centres for the smooth execution of programs and initiatives.
• Stay informed about emerging digital trends and technologies that could benefit the organization
• Support the creation of user guides, FAQs, and training materials and help manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.

• Exceptional documentation skills, with a proven ability to create comprehensive reports and collateral materials.
• Strong interpersonal skills coupled with outstanding analytical capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the adoption of digital technologies and methodologies.
• Proficiency in data analytics

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream. Post graduate qualification in Business management will be preferred
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in operations, program management, or a related area, preferably within the business environment.
