Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Sales Manager to join our team in Kakinada. This full-time, mid-level position requires a professional with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in sales techniques, exemplary customer service, and strong communication skills to drive business growth and enhance client relationships.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand client base in the Kakinada region.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for new business partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth in the hospitality sector.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that enhance brand visibility.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Coordinate with the hotel operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
