- Strong vendor management experience (Mandatory skill), ensuring timely and quality supply of materials.
- Expertise in contract management (Mandatory skill) for maintaining vendor agreements and compliance.
- Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain management principles to streamline procurement processes.
- Ability to perform detailed cost analysis to optimize purchasing and reduce costs.
- Proficiency in inventory management to ensure consistent and adequate supply levels.
- Skilled in market research to stay updated with industry trends and new suppliers.
- Experience in budgeting to forecast and plan financial investments in procurement.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet organizational goals and objectives.
- Identify and onboard reliable suppliers and vendors, fostering strong business relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of supply to ensure favorable deals for the organization.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance, making necessary adjustments to procurement processes.
- Manage procurement budgets, ensuring cost-effective purchasing and financial efficiency.
- Oversee inventory levels, ensuring adequate and timely supply of materials and resources.
- Coordinate with other departments to understand their procurement needs and requirements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies in all procurement activities.
