Join us as an Assistant Manager in Sales and Marketing, a mid-level position tailored for professionals with 4-6 years of experience. This role offers the flexibility of remote work from either Jamshedpur or Mumbai. We are seeking a dynamic individual to drive our sales initiatives and contribute to our marketing strategies.

  • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Guide and mentor sales team members to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Liaise with supply chain and production teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Oversee and manage the sales budget to ensure financial objectives are met.
