To Attend the inbound calls of customers in Retail Liabilities and process the queries & requests to

customer &;satisfaction

To identify and convert the opportunities for cross selling (banking product) on customer&;s call

Responsible for quality communication and customer servicing within laid down productivity and

service benchmarks.

• Shift Timings : Rotational Males - 24*7 , Females - 7 am to 8 pm (Any 9 hours)
• Flexible to get scattered 8 Week Offs in a month with 9hours shift
• Salary : Up to 3,00,000 LPA
• Age - Up to 30 years
• No transportation facility.
• Transportation boundaries : Kurla - Kalyan (Can consider Ulhasnagar, Ambernath, Badlapur) , Airoli to Seawoods.
