Client: A Leading D2C baby product brand was founded in 2014 in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Company is having annual turnover of around 120 Crs & employee strength of 120 employees & they are providing international safety standard certified bay products by their e-commerce website & online market platforms like Amazon, Flipkart & other leading online & offline platforms. Their product range includes high-chairs, beddings, strollers, car seats, a nursery range, ride-on, grapple toys, a feeding range, and more. Witnessing the huge need for the baby care segment, the brand has introduced compact, lightweight 'Baby Feather Diaper' wipes and Diaper Bin this year. With a strong commitment to sustainability, recently the brand has launched an exclusive baby products range that includes baby cream, lotion, soap, shampoo, powder, and baby massage oil.
Job Title – Assistant Manager Inventory
Location – Moraiya, Changodhar
Experience - 5 to 7 years
Qualification - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Salary - 40-50 K
Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the finished goods, semi-finished goods, and raw materials inventory.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of inventory transactions in the ERP system.
- Monitor inward and outward movements of goods to and from various vendors.
- Conduct regular inventory cycle counts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Lead and supervise a team of 8-10 blue-collar workers, providing training and support as needed
- Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels.
- Collaborate with other departments to support production and supply chain efficiency.
- Generate reports on inventory status and present findings to management.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in inventory management within a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (experience with specific software is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
