Responsibilities

- To carry out necessary operational inspections in the field I, e quality, environmental inspections of Co’s Advt. infrastructure, vehicles and staff & investigate any non-conformances that may arise from these inspections.
- Prepare Operational BOQ, project annual operating budgets, plan, and initiate and coordinate procurement of material and services for smooth functioning of advt. business, validate invoices, raise good receipt notes, service entry sheets.
- Oversee maintenance assessments, training and re-training of all Maintenance Technician’s, GSTs, and maintenance coordinators.
- Work with Assets Safety Manager to develop new methods of work, training programs, safe working procedures and operational procedures. Ensure all operational practices and those of the contractors comply with current work health & safety regulations.
- Ensure that for all maintenance operations costs are minimized, efficiency is maximized and regularly reviewed.
- To produce all operational reports to agreed time scales – monthly/weekly and to provide an enjoyable, challenging and stimulating working environment.
- Coordinate with vendors for production orders and timely delivery of advertisement material for campaigns and promotions.
- Coordinate with airport stakeholders for obtaining various permissions / site clearances and maintain healthy relations with all stakeholders.
- To maintain good visibility of advertising, reporting any obstruction beyond their control to the senior officials and plan for clearance of the visibility.
- Sit on and facilitate/actively participate in work group meetings to develop and improve performance and new initiatives.
- Monitoring performance of installation and Maintenance Teams to ensure minimum response times and instant reaction to performance slippage
