Job Purpose: As a Sales Executive in the solar industry, you will be responsible for developing a dealer and distributor network, driving channel sales, B2B sales, direct sales, and fostering new business opportunities. You will target EPC companies, solar installers, and dealers across Gujarat. Key tasks include lead generation through cold calling, online inquiries, site visits, and building strong, long-term client relationships. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in revenue generation and participate in marketing activities such as industry events and exhibitions.
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the solar market across Gujarat.
Develop a dealer and distributor network to expand business opportunities.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Drive channel sales, B2B sales, and direct sales to achieve revenue targets.
Generate leads through online platforms, cold calling, industry events, and networking.
Conduct site visits and follow up on leads from social media inquiries and other channels.
Attend to generated leads and inquiries through social media and other channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with EPC companies, dealers & distributor.
Generate sales quotes, proposals, and oversee the entire sales process.
Collect required documents and payments from clients.
Address client inquiries (both technical and non-technical) and provide timely solutions.
Collaborate with the sales team, manage daily updates, and conduct regular follow ups with clients.
Set and achieve monthly sales targets in alignment with organizational goals.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new industry development
Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Participate in exhibitions and industry events to showcase products and services.
Maintain accurate documentation of sales transactions, contracts, and client information.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
Collect and document client feedback for continuous improvement.
Attend training sessions and company meetings to stay updated on industry developments and company policies.
Maintain a detailed time log to track activities and productivity.
Requisite Skills:
MBA, BE/B Tech, Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Knowledge of the solar energy industry in Gujarat / Lucknow.
Knowledge of solar panels Sales and their technical specifications
Excellent client-interfacing and customer-focused skill
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle various situations with ease

Industry Experience:
- Must have relevant sales experience in Solar Module Panels sales & Solar Industry. Must have relevant sales experience in Solar Module Panel Sales.
Role Focus: Selling solar module products (B2B Sales), developing new business, and growing the dealer and distributor network.
Qualifications:
- MBA in Sales and Marketing or related field.BE/B Tech in Engineering, Postgraduation, Graduation in a related field.
- Proven experience in solar module panel sales or the solar panel manufacturing industry. Or the Solar Industry.
- Strong understanding of solar industry trends and technologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- A passion for sustainability and renewable energy.
