- Extensive experience of 7-10 years in sales, preferably within the IT services sector.
- Strong market analysis skills to identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities (Mandatory skill).

- Proven ability in channel sales, demonstrating success in expanding market reach (Mandatory skill).
- Experience in developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies.
- Demonstrated capacity in team management, fostering a motivated and productive sales team.
- Excellent negotiation skills to close deals favorably and swiftly.
- Ability to perform accurate sales forecasting to guide business planning.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Manage and oversee the sales operations within designated areas to maximize sales and profits.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships and expand client base.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team through mentorship and guidance.
