Responsibilities

This is an exciting role and would entail you to

  • Assist in tracking and reconciling financial transactions across various systems
  • Monitor project budgets and assist in tracking costs against financial forecasts
  • Support the finance team in processing incoming invoices and ensure timely approval and payment
  • Provide general administrative support to the finance team, including data entry, updating spreadsheets, and preparing financial summaries
  • Assist in preparing materials for internal meetings and audits
  • Timely and accurately enter approved vendor invoices, credit card charges and other expense data into the accounting system
  • Timely communicate via email to internal and external inquiries

Follow up with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or issues

Qualifications

You will be working closely with

Business Finance Teams, P2P teams and internal India Leadership Team

This may be the right role for you if you have

  • Graduate in Commerce / Accounting
  • Accounts Payable Experience of 1 to 2 years
  • Strong knowledge on basic accounting and accounts payable processes
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Extremely detail orientated
  • Good Verbal and Written communication skills
