The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) instruments such as Hardness Testers, Roughness Testers, and other related equipment. As an Application Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support, product demonstrations, and training to our clients, ensuring proper implementation and usage of our instruments in various industrial applications. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical assistance and support to customers regarding NDT instruments, including Hardness Testers and Roughness Testers. Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops for customers. Work closely with the sales team to ensure the correct selection of products based on customer needs. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to product performance or application. Collaborate with the R&D team to enhance product features and applications based on customer feedback. Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge, including updates on industry standards and best practices. Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients through reports, presentations, and verbal communication. Qualifications & Skills: Education: BE/B-Tech in Mechanical, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering. Experience: 1-4 years in handling NDT instruments like Hardness Testers, Roughness Testers, Power Quality analyzers, or related equipment. Proficient in written and spoken English for effective communication and documentation. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Willingness to travel for customer visits, product demonstrations, and technical support.
