Designation – Analyst - Chargeback & Disputes

Location – Ahmedabad (Gujarat), India.

Job Responsibilities

Chargeback Management: Handle chargeback disputes initiated by customers or financial institutions, including gathering necessary documentation and providing responses within stipulated timelines.

• Manage refunds
• Understand the problem(s) with the order
• In case of impossible product expectation, follow up with the customer and offer the best resolution
• Ensure that we’re not having any error
• Send Payment Link
• Follow up for payment (If there is additional payment requested from the team)
• Keep the customer updated in case of delays
  
  

Output Requirements

Chargeback Response: Prepare and submit detailed responses to chargeback disputes, including providing evidence and documentation to support the company's position.

• Identify recurring issues
• Make suggestions for reducing refunds
  
  

Skills

What we require (Desired Skills and abilities)

• Should be working with the company for more than 1 year (final selection decision will be made by management)
• The average yearly performance score should be more than 3.9
• Independent Evaluation would be taken and only after the confirmation we’ll assign the role
• Excellent communication skills; ability to use professional language
• Excellent people skills, Multi-tasking ability
