Responsibilities
As an AM/DM Plant Buying at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd in the Farm Division, you will play a key role in the Supply Chain Planning & Control department. Your responsibilities will include:

Education Qualification
To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor of Engineering degree with a specialization in Mechanical Engineering. Additionally, having certifications in Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and SAP will be advantageous. Your educational qualifications will provide you with a strong foundation to understand technical aspects of procurement processes and collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
General Experience
With 2-4 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management, you have developed a deep understanding of sourcing strategies, vendor management, and inventory control. Your experience in implementing MRP and SAP systems has equipped you with the necessary skills to drive operational efficiency and cost savings.
Critical Experience
Having exposure to the Automotive Industry will be beneficial for this role. Your critical experience should include a proven track record of successfully managing supplier relationships, conducting negotiations, and contributing to process enhancements. Proficiency in Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and SAP will be essential to drive procurement processes effectively within the organization.
