Key responsibilities

  • Conduct Project approvals compliance review of all the project and present the reports.
  • Capability of identifying non – compliance/ deviations related to a construction site.
  • Conduct RERA audit and identifying filing related gaps.
  • Ensure the high submission rate of compliance in software-based tool from the zonal team.
  • Knowledge of operating and working on compliance tools
  • Knowledge of environment, RERA and regulatory laws applicable of Real Estate Company.
  • Upgradation of compliance framework in line with organization growth & restructuring
  • Strong drafting and PPT skills.

Who are we looking for?

Education

  • Education: LLB Graduate.
  • Work experience: At least five years of relevant experience in Compliance

Skills

  • Attention to detail to identify correct risk
  • Ability to handle the role independently
  • Must have strong communication skills and expressing oneself clearly both by speaking and writing.
  • Excellent analytical skills and strong knowledge of industry protocols and practices.
  • A strong mix of legal, technical and business acumen.
