Key Responsibilities

• Code, develop, and backtest complex quantitative trading strategies alongside experienced quantitative researchers and senior traders
• Utilize advanced mathematical models, statistical techniques, and machine learning algorithms to enhance strategy performance.
• Work with large financial data sets to find patterns and trends using statistical analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantitative models into trading platforms and ensure seamless operation.
• Interact with experienced teammates to learn and implement bespoke solutions that balance speed, features, and cost to improve our technology stack.
• Test and confirm that quantitative models are accurate, reliable, and meet regulations.
• Build Python tools and automate tasks that traders currently do manually.
• Stay updated with market trends, economic indicators, and related domain news.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders on strategy performance and insights.
