Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Mid-Level Admission Counsellor to join our team at our Kalyan location. This full-time role involves guiding prospective students and parents through the admission process while representing Podar's core values. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills and be able to navigate the dynamic educational landscape effectively. Roles And Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive information and guidance to prospective students and parents about Podar's educational offerings.
  • Manage the entire admissions lifecycle, from initial inquiry through to enrollment, ensuring a smooth process.
  • Conduct tours and informational sessions to prospective families, showcasing the Podar educational experience.
  • Collaborate with academic and administrative staff to facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new students.
  • Maintain accurate records of all admissions-related activities and communications.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to increase enrollment and enhance the institution's reputation.
  • Address and resolve any admission-related concerns while maintaining the organizations standards and regulations.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the education sector to provide current information.
