We are Hiring a Front Desk Executive / Admin - Retail (M)

Locations: BRS Nagar, Ludhiana

Experience: 2+ Year

Salary: up to INR 25,000/-

Qualification: B.Com

Interview Mode: Face to Face

Industry: Clinic

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures)
  • Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily Courier deliveries.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, data entry for inward and outward)
  • Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and Scanning.
  • Should have Knowledge of Tally
  • Basic Accounting & Billing
  • Able to make entries on Tally
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Candidates having prior experience in Hospitals / Clinic will be preferred
  • Immediate and nearby Joiners will be preferred
