- Post non-intercompany& other purchase invoices
- Post payments/down payments received from customers
- Post & process payments to suppliers
- Post non-inventory supplier invoices (outside services)
- Email the SAP billed invoices to customers
- Post expenses incurred during the week.
- Submit Letter of Credit documents to the bank for all Dubai warehouse sales (for customers on LC)
- Provide an updated Statement of account to the customers with commercial invoice details manually input in column.
- Meeting with the supply chain specialist to ensure all purchases for the month is recorded
