Key Responsibilities
- Process invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Resolve vendor queries and discrepancies efficiently
- Perform vendor reconciliations to ensure accurate account balances
- Process employee expense claims in adherence to corporate policies
- Identify and rectify discrepancies in TE submissions
- Ensure timely and accurate payment processing
- Prepare accruals, spend analysis, and AP aging reports (senior roles)
- Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance and accuracy in the AP process
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address payment-related concerns
- Provide status updates and maintain smooth communication flow
- Support and manage transitions of AP processes across geographies
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Work under pressure to meet stringent deadlines
- Deliver day-to-day tasks with minimal support from leads (senior roles)
- Possess strong understanding of the PTP process, including invoice processing, vendor queries, reconciliations, payments, and TE
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrate attention to detail with the ability to manage complex tasks independently
- Exhibit excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (senior levels)
- Experience in transition and process improvement is a plus
- Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Level I (AP Associate): 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Level II (AP Analyst): 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
- Level III (AP Sr Analyst): 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
