Job Description

Position Summary: Regal Rexnord is looking for a dynamic person with 2+ years of experience in the area of finance and accounting domain. Experience in IT/ITES company would be preferred.

Major Responsibilities: This position will include the following activities:

• Verify and booking AP invoices and payment entries in systems.
• Review and process employees reimbursements as per travel policy and Employee manual.
• Assists with accounting records and ledgers by reconciling monthly statements and transactions.
• Maintain and update different trackers used for finance reporting purpose.
• Support various month-end and year-end close processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards.
• Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation and support.
• Records keeping by filing physical documents and Upload digital files /data.
• Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation and support.

• Coordinate and respond finance related queries from both external and internal stakeholder.
  
  

Required Education / Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce. Master’s degree/ CA or ICWA Intermediate qualification is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in general accounting area in MNC setup
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Knowledge of Oracle/SAP will be added advantage.
• Working knowledge on TDS, GST & MSME Compliance.
