Account Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in accounting, taxation, and financial activities, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This role involves working closely with internal stakeholders, maintaining financial records, and supporting financial reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in general accounting activities and other finance-related tasks as needed
• Filing of TDS Returns and assist in payment of TDS
• Finalization of Accounts of companies and group companies.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Assisting in return filing activities of company and group companies
• Calculating GST liabilities for the organization, including SGST, CGST, and IGST, based on transactions and sales
• Verifying and ensuring that invoices from suppliers and vendors are correctly formatted and contain all required GST-related information
• Managing and reconciling ITC claims, ensuring compliance with GST laws and regulations
• Preparing and filing GST returns, including GSTR-1 (outward supplies), GSTR-3B (monthly summary), and annual returns
• Ensuring compliance with GST rules and regulations, and addressing any compliance issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
• Maintain accurate financial records in the accounting system.
• Knowledge of Softex Certifications and Filing with SEZ and STPI Authorities
• Liasioning with STPI, SEZ and Tax Authorities
  
  

Education

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• MBA/CA/ CFA
