Strategy Development and Implementation: Develop and design comprehensive strategies for interactive campaigns that clearly define the role of various digital channels in achieving business objectives. Implement these strategies to drive client success.
Creative Best Practices: Serve as the internal expert and advocate for the latest creative best practices on priority social platforms. Stay updated on platform changes and trends and advise clients and internal teams as needed.
Team Management: Lead, manage, and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to foster their professional development and ensure the delivery of high-quality work.

- You possess 8-10 years of experience within the digital marketing industry, with proficiency in social media and community management.
- You can manage a team and senior stakeholders.
- You can work on social media strategy across brands and businesses – B2B and B2C.
- You are proficient in scoping, finance, and business management.
- You can translate client needs into project plans.
- You understand analytical tools and have campaign-oriented thinking.
- You know about social media spends and how to manage them effectively.
- Campaign management experience.
- Experience with large social media spends.
